Remote technical support is available to any of our current Access Control or CCTV customers. Short technical assistance is available to current customers free-of-charge for currently supported systems. Major issues that would otherwise result in a service call or support for products that are outside of the life cycle are billable. However, this billable time is covered by your service contract should you have one.
Technical Support is generally available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, excluding holidays (unless prior arraignments have been made based on your service contract.)
